My current site works, but the experience feels dated and a little clumsy. I want a full-scale UX refresh that makes the navigation effortless, the visuals cleaner, and every page fully accessible—desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Here is what I already know:
• I have several reference sites I admire; they nail overall design, functionality, and page structure. I will share those links as soon as we start so you can see the exact look-and-feel I’m aiming for.
• The key focus areas are navigation flow, modern visual design, and WCAG-friendly accessibility tweaks.
What I need from you:
1. Initial audit of the existing journey, pain points, and missed accessibility marks.
2. Low-fidelity wireframes that rethink menus, layouts, and key interaction paths.
3. A polished high-fidelity UI kit or Figma file (colors, typography, components) that translates smoothly to responsive breakpoints.
4. Clickable prototype to demonstrate the refined flow before hand-off.
5. Final assets packaged and annotated so my dev team can implement quickly.
Acceptance criteria
• All primary tasks can be completed in three clicks or fewer.
• Designs pass standard contrast checks and keyboard-only navigation.
• Prototype loads in under two seconds on a mid-range mobile phone.
• Handoff includes style guide, component specs, and responsive rules.
