Bubble.io recruiting platform – full project in steps (beginner friendly)

Hi,
I’m building a recruiting platform in Bubble.io for the healthcare sector. It connects candidates, companies, and clients in one workspace.

This is a big project, but we will work step by step, starting with small tasks. Budget is limited for first tasks, but successful collaboration could lead to all features. Beginner Bubble developers are welcome!

Project Overview:
1. User Roles / Logins
- Candidates / Applicants
- Companies / Employers
- Clients (posting assignments)
- Admin / Superuser (manage users, stats, credits, audit logs)

2. Candidate Dashboard
- Profile info (resume, photos, certifications)
- Stats: favorites, applications, unlocks
- Tabs:
- Education vouchers → redeemable
- Jobs: companies post → candidate clicks “interested” → company decides
- General info
- Blocklist / Privacy: Candidates can block certain companies → blocked companies cannot see profile
- Regions & Relocation: Candidates specify where they are willing to work → companies see candidates only in matching regions

3. Company Dashboard
- Company profile info
- Stats: favorites, unlocks, contacts
- Tabs:
- Education vouchers / course offers
- Create jobs
- Employees nearby → swipe mode
- Assignments (MyHammer-style) → unlock contacts via credits
- Filter & Search: Candidates by skills, experience, region, relocation willingness

4. Client Dashboard
- Post assignments
- Companies can unlock contact info via credits

5. Matching & Swipe
- Tinder-style swipe between candidates and companies
- Blocklist / Privacy applied
- Mutual match optional → only after interest / unlock
- Search & filters ensure only relevant candidates/companies are visible

6. Payments & Credits
- Companies buy credits → unlock candidate contacts or assignments
- Stripe integration (test mode → live later)

7. Chat & Calendar
- In-app chat between candidates, companies, and teams
- Team calendar for interviews, scheduling, process overview
- Zoom integration for meetings
- Notifications / Push for new favorites, unlocks, upcoming appointments

8. Documents / File Storage
- Candidates: resumes, contracts, portfolios
- Companies: offers, assignment details
- Permissions & privacy enforced

9. Analytics / Reporting
- Favorites, unlocks, applications, assignments, matches

10. Legal / Fees
- Placement fees (AGB topic)

11. Extra Features / Nice-to-Have
- Onboarding / Tutorial: Quick guide for candidates & companies → how to swipe & unlock
- Mobile Responsiveness: App works on mobile, especially swipe
- Audit / Logging: Track who unlocked or blocked whom → support + legal safety

Important: The platform should be fully in German once completed. All labels, texts, buttons, notifications, and UI elements must be in German.

First Tasks (Step 1):
- User login & role setup (candidate / company / client)
- Basic profile pages
- Simple “like / interest” logic for matching

Later Tasks (Step 2+):
- Swipe feature
- Payments & credit unlocks
- Job posting & application tracking
- Chat & calendar integrations
- Advanced dashboards / analytics
- Client assignment module
