Title: Reels Editor - Polished Feminine Brand, Ongoing Role
Description:
I run a financial planning firm in New Zealand built specifically for professional women. Think sharp, warm, and distinctly non-corporate we we're disrupting an industry that's historically been built for men, and our Instagram needs to reflect that.
I show up on camera. I send you the footage. You make it something our audience actually stops scrolling for.
I'm looking for someone to grow with the brand long-term.
What the role looks like:
I send raw Reels footage regularly
You edit — pacing, cuts, text overlays, captions, audio
You return a polished, ready-to-post Reel within 24–48 hours
Roughly 15–20 Reels per month to start
What I'm genuinely looking for:
Someone with a creative eye who doesn't need me to art-direct every frame. I know my brand, I know my audience but I'm not a video editor. I want someone who watches the footage and instinctively knows what will land. If you've worked on feminine lifestyle, wellness, or personal brand content before, you'll hit the ground running.
The non-negotiables: strong portfolio, excellent English, fast turnaround, reliable communication.
